Plated Dinners

All prices include glass dinner plates, glass stemware, coffee cups, & high end silverware. To make your event special with fresh linen tablecloths & napkins, add an extra $1.25 per person. Many color choices available.

Meal includes fresh garden salad with two choices of dressing, warm French baguette rolls, and butter. Entree will be served with side of fresh vegetables and a choice of potato, pasta, or rice.

Baked Cod Royale - $16

Cod seasoned and baked to perfection, topped with dill butter and mozzarella cheese served with rice pilaf.

Sliced Roast Beef - $18

Choice top round of beef, slow roasted for extra tenderness. Finished with a rich mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes.

Cornish Game Hen - $16

The ultimate! Looks as impressive as it tastes. Seasoned and baked to a tender perfection. Served with mashed potatoes and supreme gravy.

Rosemary Pork Prime Rib - $18

Tender, very generous cut of pork. Served with mushroom gravy.

Baked Italian Chicken - $15

Quarter chicken seasoned with garlic and Italian herbs, baked until nearly falling off the bone.

Baked Tenderloin - $20

Tender, lean, juicy and delicious! Seasoned to perfection and baked to everyone's liking.

Shrimp Scampi & Sugar Snap Peas - $18

Garlic butter sauteed shrimp with sugar snap pea pods served over linguine.

Shish K-Bob - $17

Beef, chicken or shrimp with roasted vegetables skewered, grilled and served over wild rice. (One choice of meat please)

Beef Prime Rib - $20

Tender enough to cut with a butter knife! Generous 10oz. cut served with whipped potatoes and mushroom au jus. (Medium Rare)

Stuffed Trout Almondine - $16

Rainbow trout baked with sage almond dressing. A winner for the fish lover!

Baked Salmon - $18

Fresh salmon baked with dill in a flaky puff pastry.

Pasta Primavera - $15

Vegetarians delight. Fresh vegetables.

Steak Fry ( Market Price: Depending on choice of cut and size. )

Seasoned and grilled on sight per your request. Choices of tenderloin, ribeye, New York strip, or Porterhouses. Served with Baked Potato.

Note: These are some basic choices; we can custom design any menu. Dessert is $1.00 extra per person. Tax is 5.5% and gratuity of 20% will be added to your final bill. Extra charge for linens: $1.25 per person for tablecloth & napkin, $0.50 for napkins only.
